The data entered for quoting comparisons is used to create a profile for your account. The data collected includes your name, company name, address and postcode. This process introduces you to us as a customer to use the services outlined on this website.
We’re not responsible for any loss to you personally for entering this data. To update this information you should use our contact form.
You may also enter your name, email address and other details for contacting us for further information or queries. We store this data securely.
Email and Telephone Contact
By entering your data, you agree for us to email or telephone you to follow up your request. We will contact you to confirm the details you entered online and class this as legitimate interest under the EU GDPR. You may opt to have your information excluded from further contact at any time. You also agree that we can use this information in the future for the services we offer.
How Do We Process Your Information?
Once you enter your data online, it gets automatically sent to our UK-based call centre for processing. Once received, your data record gets assigned to one of our agents who will attempt to call you during normal office hours.
We work from 8.45am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. If the number dialled doesn’t connect, then we’ll attempt to redial at a later time. We may attempt to find an alternative telephone number if there is sufficient information in the form submission. All telephone numbers get checked against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) prior to dialling. If this fails to connect we may send one email.
